1. Scope
These terms apply to Simply Dates, an application for jointly collecting and planning date and travel ideas.
2. Account and access
Use requires your own account and a verified email address. Keep access credentials confidential. Users may only use their own accounts and must not submit unlawful or abusive content.
3. Couple Space
A Couple Space can be connected to a partner account. Users remain responsible for their own entries. Private ideas must only be visible to the authorised account.
4. Recommendations and external data
Recommendations, weather data, place information and price comparisons are non-binding decision aids. Opening hours, availability, prices and travel conditions may change and must be checked with the relevant provider before booking or travelling. Simply Dates does not process bookings or payments for external services.
5. Content and photos
You may only store content and photos for which you hold the necessary rights. Unlawful, offensive content or content infringing third-party rights is not permitted.
6. Availability and changes
Simply Dates is operated with reasonable care. Maintenance, technical issues and outages at external providers may affect availability. Features may be developed further.
7. Account deletion
You can delete your account from your profile in the app. See the privacy policy for details.
